Job summary

Manage/supervise people on the account management team Build strong plans to foster a high level of employee engagement Lead the Account Management activity for the OEM business Mentor and Direct account manager workload Align and interface with the Commodity Managers from OEM purchasing Lead the commercial claim and business plan activity with the customer Collaborate with internal functional counterparts to support NA planning process Customer Commercial Management Develop pricing and commercial proposals negotiate with customer Be intimate with customer commercial requirements develop proposals that meet customer requirements create value for YFAI Customer Relationship Management Deliver customers information solve customers problems receive requests of information deliver issues to related department provide solutions proposals obtain feedback Commercial Savings Planning/Negotiation contractual LTA Resin etc Current Future year Payment Terms Negotiation transition plan Identify pursue realize commercial opportunities that improve financial performance Fulfil customers requirements address pricing commercial needs creation of customers price breakdown forms tooling price breakdown forms various requests for information needed support commercial issues claims Secure PO release internal departments May include population of customers online quotation systems Negotiating Engineering Changes ED&D Negotiation/Purchase Order Receipt Create Maintain Bump Chart Maintain Directed Component Bump Chart Customer Price Breakdown Form Development/Maintenance/History Customer Commercial Open Issues Purchasing SCE CIT Tooling Operations Account Receivables Issue Resolution Customers Escalations Service Account Management RFQ supply chain plant move etc Other duties assigned
