**Description**
RectorSeal is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to receive/processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints as well as maintaining an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
**Responsibilities:**
Receives and processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
Answer telephone inquiries, phone orders and misdirected calls with a smile in your voice with every call. Inquiries require investigation and critical thinking skills and CSR must maintain a sense of urgency and sense of ownership of the issue/inquiry. Pro-active approach when callers inquire about products, services and MSDS requests. Able to funnel leads through to proper channels for follow up.
Accurate order entry of orders spanning multiple markets, pricing structures and diverse company requirements. Ability to master market-centric distribution base, while maintaining basic knowledge of other markets.
Provide back-up duties for others within department, offer assistance during down-time and be an overall team player.
Maintain daily reports to ensure orders are shipping within departmental goals.
Maintain SharePoint database for inquiries and assist with proactive calls using Access database.
**Requirements:**
2-3 years customer service experience or similar experience
Strong Office/Computer skills required Use and knowledge of JDE, SharePoint, and Microsoft Access a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and accomplish general daily duties
Sense of urgency, teamwork and a strong work ethic a must
Provide timely and courteous customer service to reduce customer service issues
Inside sales experience a plus
