    Job DescriptionResponsible for meeting with the customer and accurately completing all formal certification of applicants and documentation following appropriate guidelines as required by various government programs or agenciesInitiates and maintains customer program file and documents any course of action or service deliveryConduct preliminary meeting with the customer and accurately completes all application/enrollment and verifies eligibility for program and other required forms and documentsSchedules appointments and follow-up on no-showsInitiates customer program file and customer recordsProvides general information regarding program objectives, services and requirementsEnters, edits, and retrieves data from database, and performs data reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

    Assist in program group or individual orientations and informational workshopsFamiliarity with outside resources for referral as necessaryPerforms record keeping functions consistent with ensuring program compliance; prepare reports related to program activitiesAttend meetings/trainings and community events outside the center and on occasion evenings and weekends as requiredAdvise clients or customersAnswer customer or public inquiriesCompare clients' applications with eligibility requirementsCompile data related to social service programsCompile information through interviewsCompute financial dataCoordinate social service activities with resourcesDetermine program eligibility, social service program statusEnsure compliance with government regulationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma.

    Prior experience in a customer contact job or customer service skillsProficient in computer programs and data entrySolid organizational and time management skillsDetail oriented and accurate with deadline sensitive goals and objectivesAbove average interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to deal with difficult customersAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsExperience conducting Workshops/OrientationsKnowledge of community employers and community partnersValid Class C License with acceptable auto insuranceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.


    Hourly Pay:
