We're looking for recent college graduates to join our Emerging Talent INVEST Program (ETIP) - Guardian Pathway. This 9-month paid, fully remote entry-level immersive learning experience will give you real-world exposure, personalized coaching and mentorship.
+Responsibilities
- Participate in Structured Learning: Actively engage in instructor-led sessions online modules job shadowing and mentorship focused on foundational insurance knowledge claims operations state-specific workers' compensation regulations.
