This role is perfect for an experienced, adaptable RN who thrives in critical situations and enjoys working across all age groups, including pediatrics.

Schedule:
3x12 Nights

Contract Length:
25.86 Weeks

Shift Requirements:
Every other weekend and holiday; call as required; float as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Triage and assess patients upon arrival, initiating treatment protocols for acute illness, traumatic injuries, and life-threatening conditions
Manage IVs, medications, and assist with emergent procedures
Stabilize patients for admission, discharge, or transfer
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses in a high-volume environment
Provide care across adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations, including behavioral health and trauma cases

Unit Details:
38-bed ER unit with 5 fast-track rooms and internal waiting area
4 behavioral health swing rooms
2 trauma/resuscitation rooms
Affiliated with pediatric services

Requirements & Qualifications:
Active RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year ER experience (2 years preferred)
Comfortable caring for pediatric patients
