    Production Technician

    TSS seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Round Rock, TX. team as a Production Technician. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server racks and network equipment in data center environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware installation, cable management, and troubleshooting in IT infrastructure deployments.About TSS

    Responsibilities
    • Must be reliable and report to work as scheduled.
    • Must be capable of installing servers and switches into racks.
    • Must be capable of operating a pellet jack.
    • Willing to learn multiple aspects of the systems integration processes.
    • Communicates effectively and appropriately when dealing with other departments, co-workers, customers, etc.
    • Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma/GED required.
    • General experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
    • Working knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret written work instructions.
