The Sanitation / Dishwasher role is foundational to our culinary excellence. This position ensures that every kitchen, tool, and piece of equipment reflects the standards of cleanliness, organization, and care that define Peachtree. Behind every seamless event is a disciplined and detail-oriented sanitation professional who keeps our kitchens running safely and efficiently.
From our exclusive venues to off-premise locations, this role supports the entire operation through cleaning, organization, proper storage, and maintenance of equipment. The Sanitation / Dishwasher must work with efficiency, professionalism, awareness, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwasher, three-bay sinks, laundry machines, and kitchen sanitation equipment
Wash, sanitize, and properly store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, smallwares, knives, and culinary tools
Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, prep tables, equipment, and work areas
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of ovens, grills, fryers, and other culinary equipment as directed
Receive deliveries, properly store perishable items, and assist with stock rotation
Ensure all clean wares are organized and stored in designated areas
Empty and maintain trash receptacles, recycling containers, compost bins, and dumpster areas
Sweep, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
Break down cardboard and dispose of recyclables properly
Support the culinary and operations teams to ensure readiness for events and daily production
Maintain a positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive demeanor
