    JOB SUMMARY:

    As a member of the Talent Development team, you will inspire continuous learning through engaging experiences\. You will fuel growth and a values\-driven culture by partnering with the business to identify development opportunities and facilitate world class solutions through training\.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as an engaging facilitator and trainer to provide experiential development\.
    • Work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to diagnose development needs through discussion and assessment methodologies\.
    • Partner with business and HR leaders to understand and align development to business strategies and priorities\.
    • Identify and design appropriate talent, leadership, or training\-based solutions to support business need, skill, or development gap \(i\.e\. team training, leader assimilation, instructor\-led training, workshops, etc\.\)\.
    • Implement effective learning and development solutions by designing, piloting, scheduling, conducting, marketing, reviewing, revising, and evaluating training programs\.
    • Work alongside instructional designers to create custom content and materials for both instructor led and e\-learning courses\.
    • Utilize industry\-standard training certifications to deliver off\-the\-shelf training curriculums\.
    • Facilitate training for talent development programs and partner on design and implementation as required\.
    • Implement, coordinate and manage additional development projects as needed\.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
    *
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design/Technology, Educational Psychology, Education, or related field

    • Minimum 2 years of relative experience in L&D, Talent Development, Organization Development, or related field

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Occasional travel required
    • Applied understanding of adult learning principles
    • Strong ability to facilitate and train on an individual, team, or large group basis
    • Experience facilitating groups towards common outcomes, such as team building, 360s, leader assimilations, custom team retreats, skill\-building workshops, group activities, etc\.
    • Ability to identify needs and suggest training or talent\-based solutions;
    • Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of business leaders, instructional designers, and external vendors
    • Consulting skills including customer service skills aimed at determining the partner's need, perceived roadblocks, business unit culture, and work environment
    • Risk mitigation skills to eliminate barriers in the design and delivery of training
    • Understand the impact of training on overall company performance
