As a Seasonal Beach Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction both on the beach and at our beach restaurant, "The Nest." Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with placing chairs and umbrellas on the beach, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the beach area, managing restaurant and cabana reservations, welcoming and seating guests at both, and supporting the overall beach and restaurant reservations. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Assist guests with placing chairs and umbrellas on the beach, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the beach area, including removing trash and debris, raking sand, and organizing beach equipment.
• Manage reservations and greet guests at "The Nest" restaurant, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Seat guests according to their preferences and manage the waitlist during peak periods.
• Support the overall operation of the restaurant by assisting with various tasks, such as taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables.
• Provide friendly and attentive assistance to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
• Demonstrate a desire to learn and develop skills, working effectively within a team environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
