    The Logistics Analyst will oversee daily transportation shipments across the company's manufacturing and distribution network, collaborating with all departments to support business objectives. Responsibilities include communication with 3PLs, reporting, troubleshooting shipment issues, ensuring on-time deliveries, and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.

    Description

    • Analyze and reconcile shipping schedules.
    • Research and provide live updates on outstanding orders.
    • Participate in weekly and monthly transfer and planning meetings.
    • Oversee O, S, & D activity.
    • Manage Customer Complaints.
    • Provide daily updates on Customer Orders, POs, and Transfers.
    • Update and publish monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
    • Manage On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) Reporting.
    • Work within 3rd Party Databases for daily tracking.
    • Initiate inbound loads or stock transfer orders.
    • Maintain in-transit records with freight providers and distribution centers (DCs).

    Profile

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is desirable.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
    • Strong math skills, high motivation, organization, and detail-orientation, with a mindset for continuous improvement, are required.
