- Providing 24x7 technical support as part of an escalation rota, ensuring uninterrupted service availability.
- Conducting installation, cabling, and wiring services according to industry standards, meeting customer requirements.
- Procuring and install necessary ground equipment in compliance with established grounding standards.
- Managing various cablespower, fiber/ethernet, consoleensuring precise connections to network equipment.
- Performing comprehensive cleaning and inspection of optical fibers to maintain optimal functionality.
- Labeling all equipment and cables with aisle, shelf, and unit designations for efficient maintenance.
- Provide Smart Hands support for network and server hardware, encompassing diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware installations.
- Execute planned maintenance, circuit migrations, and quality inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Supervise third-party subcontractors at Points of Presence (POPs) to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Conduct various services such as cage or rack builds, copper or multi-mode fiber installations, circuit migrations, and audits.

Our client is a well-established telecommunications company that looks after infrastructure for some of the world's best-known tech and telecoms companies across the globe, including Meta, Google, Verizon and Telefonica. Due to continued growth, they are looking for Network Field Technicians to join their team of experts and help continue providing a premier-level service to their clientele.
This role will be covering the state and occasionally the surrounding areas. There is no mandatory requirement for this role to be on call, however overtime is available to further boost earnings.
