In-Person Workshop: Supported Employment Job Coach

Flexible Full and Part Time Schedules (7 days a week; morning and evening hours available)

$1,000 Sign On Bonus for all Full Time New Hires

KenCrest is seeking Supported Employment Job Coaches to assist our consumers with intellectual disabilities in Montgomery County, PA. Our Job Coaches guide our consumers by discovering their interests and skills, teaching additional qualifications, communicating with local employers and pursuing meaningful employment.

As a Job Coach, you will build positive professional relationships with community employers, develop relationships with individuals to identify strengths and interests, provide routine job coaching to individuals on the job site, and encourage personal choice and decision making.

This is a mobile position (travel required) with flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits and much more

Qualifications:

Self-motivated and able to work one-on-one with individuals with disabilities
Interested in a mobile and independent position
Development and implementation of work skills
Preference given to candidates with ACRE Certification (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators)
REQUIRED - Valid Driver's License
