    Role: Junior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

    Location: Newark, NJ or REMOTE Option with Milestone Travel

    Position Summary:

    We have an immediate need for Functional consultant with expertise in at least one full cycle Oracle Cloud HCM rollout.

    Responsibilities:

    • Experience in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM product suite modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, ORC, OLC).
    • Perform the following on an engagement:
      • Understand client business requirements.
      • Configure the Oracle Cloud HCM solution.
      • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems.
      • Assist the client in testing the solution.
    • Work with the client to help convert legacy data.
    • Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.
    • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    · An ideal candidate must have minimum of one full life cycle implementations of Oracle's HCM suite.

    · 2-3 years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.

    • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
    • Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
    • Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    Applications will be accepted until 04/25/2024.

    The annual salary for this position is between $94,200/Year to $117,700/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
