    Salary/Hourly Rate:
    $80k - $110k plus Bonus depending on experience

    Position Overview:

    In this dynamic role as the Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in supporting strategic financial decision-making and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization.

    Responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing comprehensive forecasts, and contributing to the budgeting processes.


    Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
    Contribute to the development and maintenance of detailed financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
    Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
    Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
    Conduct an in-depth analysis of costs associated with pharmaceutical development, production, and distribution.
    Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
    Generate regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and management.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and provide support for external audits.
    Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures.
    Provide actionable recommendations to address any discrepancies.
    Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and business development opportunities.
    Assist in the preparation of financial justification and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
    Work closely with departments such as R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing to understand financial implications and provide financial guidance.
    Act as a liaison between finance and other business units.
    Ensure financial activities adhere to industry regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
    Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and comprehensive financial information.
    Monitor industry trends and market conditions to assess potential financial impacts.
    Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making in a rapidly evolving pharmaceutical landscape.
    Identify opportunities for process optimization within the finance department.
    Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.


    Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
    1+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
    Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
    Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret financial data, perform financial analysis, and generate meaningful insights.
    Proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets and financial models.


    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required
