    We are seeking a client focused

    Human Resource Business Partner

    to join the team.

    Acting as a partner to business leaders, the HRBP provides expertise in areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, change management, and employee experience.

    The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to management and employees, fostering a positive work culture and facilitating the achievement of organizational goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Partnership:
    Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and develop HR strategies and initiatives to support them.
    Provide guidance and recommendations on organizational structure, talent management, recruitment, employee/team issues and the overall employee experience.
    Act as a change agent by driving and facilitating organizational change initiatives.


    Employee Relations:
    Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
    Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.


    Talent Acquisition and Management:
    Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    Lead recruitment efforts for roles in the business areas for which you are supporting.
    Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to ensure the effecient hiring of qualified candidates.
    Develop and implement department onboarding programs to facilitate the integration and success of new employees.


    Performance Management:
    Provide guidance and support to managers with the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
    Identify training and development needs, and work with managers to design and implement appropriate learning and development initiatives.
    Coach managers on effective performance feedback and recognition techniques.
    Collaborate with leaders through the annual compensation review process.


    Organizational Development:
    Assess organizational needs and develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
    Collaborate with leaders to identify and address gaps and development opportunities within the organization.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    5+ years proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Preferably in the software tech environment.
    Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
    Customer centric with a strong focus on active listening.
    Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence.
    Organized, analytical and detail oriented.
    Naturally curious and enjoys educating others.
    Able to work in an ambiguous environment.
