Core Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including adherence to process standards and quality of deliverables. - Development of software functional specifications, test plans, and other technical documentation to track requirements throughout the project lifecycle with the customer. - Manage project scope, schedule, and budget. - Lead engineers in an agile team environment - Manage the scheduling and utilization of assigned engineers - Plan projects and coordinate execution and status, both internally and externally - Order hardware and coordinate delivery and installation - Be the single point of contact for the software deliverables for the project - Communicate effectively with customers at varying levels of responsibility, from warehouse associate to executive levels. - Project risk management - Conduct customer training - Provide second level support of installed systems

    Tasks and Qualifications:

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

    Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills

    PMP certification

    Experience in an agile or scrum team environment

    Certified Scrum Master

    Experience with industrial automation and warehouse operational knowledge

    Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to individuals with both technical and non-technical backgrounds

    Lean certification or experience with process improvement

    Jira, Confluence, and Testrail experience

    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

    Motivated, self-starter with the desire to learn and grow.

    Additional Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent project management experience.

    2-5 years of software engineering or other technical experience depending on level sought

    5+ years of leadership or project management experience

    Willingness to travel 20%
