    Make a meaningful impact on students' lives as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a qualified CCC-SLP to join our team in Washington. In this role, you will work closely with students, providing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to support their speech and language development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes and promote effective communication.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to the development of Student Education Plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • ASHA-CCC certification, valid Washington State License in Speech-Language Pathology, and experience in a school setting (preferred).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families.

    Salary Information

    The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
