Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer - Mobile Application in Jersey City, NJ. Duties include:
- Develop and maintain cross platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Implement reusable UI components and responsive layouts with Flutter's widget ecosystem
- Integrate mobile applications with secure backend APIs (REST, OAuth, JWT)
- Build scalable authentication flows, including biometric login, token management, and secure session handling
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application reliability
- Optimize app performance for startup time, rendering, and network usage
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement precise and consistent UI using Flutter's rendering engine
- Work closely with backend teams to implement API integrations and data persistence strategies
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and distributing apps
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help guide junior developers when needed
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
