Transportation Operations Analyst I
The Transportation Operations Analyst I is a critical link between our dropship vendors, vendor operations team and transportation providers.

In this role, you will be monitoring carrier cost and performance metrics, supporting and driving carrier changes where appropriate, and handling all carrier-related dropship escalations.

*Ability to identify deviations in the business
Elevates issues to management so that the team can improve carrier/vendor performance and reduce errors and/or costs.
*Collaborates cross-functionally with teams within operations.
*Reviews daily metrics to identify issues and communicate those issues to carriers and/or management.

• Create reporting that will be useful for leadership and analysts.

*Works on problems and roadblocks to find possible solutions

• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.

Is effective in a variety of informal or formal presentation settings to internal and external departments

Builds strong relationships and works with peer groups and leaders across multiple departments

Follows schedule to meet set goals and objectives

Qualifications

Minimum
Education: Bachelors degree

Education: Bachelors degree


Minimum
Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience

Preferred
Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional work experience
