The Watermark Baton Rouge Hotel is looking for a full-time Steward who would report to the Food and Beverage Manager. The Steward is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and drying all china, glassware, silverware and other equipment returned to the dish hall station by server assistants or from other employees.
