    Intermediate Program Coordinator

    Duration: 3 month contract

    Location: Portland, OR (hybrid) Local Only

    The Intermediate Project Coordinator will be an essential member of a collaborative team of four, responsible for processing high volumes of applications for the Net Metering program. This role entails delivering exceptional customer service to installers while coordinating with various departments to navigate applications through our Client's cloud-based system.

    Position Responsibilities:


    • Evaluate and respond to inquiries and applications for specialized customer programs, ensuring compliance with tariffs and company requirements.


    • Coordinate with stakeholders to complete necessary documentation.


    • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and schedules. Monitor project status, track milestones, and report to management.


    • Facilitate project review meetings and site visits.


    • Track and resolve customer issues, maintaining a database of resolutions.


    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth interconnection for customers and resolve billing discrepancies.


    • Create and maintain manuals, document procedural changes, and prepare emergency procedures for customers.


    • Clearly communicate operating standards and procedures to stakeholders.

    Position Requirements:


    • Bachelor's Degree required; 5 years of experience in solar, energy, electric vehicles, construction, or related fields may substitute for the degree.


    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.


    • Intermediate knowledge of special customer programs, regulations, and service territory.


    • Proficiency in project planning, billing practices, and Microsoft Office suite.


    • Strong analytical, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.


    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to change.


    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


    • Ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.


    • Capacity to work under stress and collaborate effectively within a team.


    • Demonstrate self-awareness and apply feedback constructively.


    • Maintain accuracy and memory in processing tasks.


    • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including on-call duties.
