- The incoming physician will acquire the patient panel.
- The panel comprises approximately 1500 patients, and 1200+ patients are "concierges."
- Incoming physicians will be able to influence ancillary services.
- See 2-3 patients an hour with 16-18 per day on a full day.

- No hospital call
- $300k base, plus Bonus/incentive
