Behind the scenes of healthcare facilities, our Sterile Processing Technicians work diligently in a fast-paced environment, playing a vital role in patient safety without direct patient interaction.

Healthcare facilities rely on our expertise and specially trained Technicians for their product needs, knowing that our team follows industry best practices consistently.

This role includes a Sign-on Bonus of $3,000 for eligible candidates.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Reprocessing surgical trays post-surgery, including decontamination, cleaning, inspection, sterilization, and timely assembly for the next case
Operating sterile processing equipment such as washers, sterilizers, ultrasonic, and drying cabinets
Engaging in regular on-site training sessions

Requirements for Success:

High School diploma or GED
1 year of Sterile Processing experience with CRCST or CBSPD certification, or 2 years of relevant experience
CRCST or CBSPD certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hiring)
