- Develop method for analysis of trace metals in anhydrous HCl by ICP-MS
- Daily operation and maintenance of ICP-MS system including analyzing samples and performing quality assurance tasks
- Perform calibrations and quality assurance tasks for gas chromatography systems used for trace gas impurities in anhydrous HCl
- Maintain record logs of all quality assurance tasks for all anhydrous HCl analytical equipment
- Assist with QA lab work as assigned:
- Analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products
- Analysis record keeping
- Certificate of analysis generation
- Special testing as requested
- Maintaining lab supplies
- Maintenance and calibration of lab instruments
- Preparation and standardization of lab solutions
- Maintain test methods
- Inspection of raw materials Certificates of analysis
