    Description

    We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.

    The Operations Supervisor position is responsible for both Delivery and Warehouse operations.

    This position will supervise the day-to-day activities of the delivery department along with responsibilities over warehouse inventory, receiving, slotting, replenishment and order selecting.


    Supervises daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower
    Assigns drivers and vehicles to convey freight
    Communicates with customers to determine driver needs and schedules and notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data in computer database
    Ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved with safety being a priority.
    Assists with various transportation/warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling
    Coaches and leads the Warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service
    Accountable for all inventory functions
    Other projects or duties as assigned
    Associates degree and 3-4 years of related experience in warehouse, transportation, purchasing, inventory controls, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department including 1 year of people leadership experience; Must be available to work any hours, days, or any shift
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
