- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up daily with sales prospects in company CRM using email, text and phone calls
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work with you every single day
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred
- Experience with highline vehicles a plus
- GM Certification a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
- Must exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
- Proven closing and follow-through skills
- Ability to perform product demonstration and have the ability to learn product updates and present features and benefits to our customers
- Good listener, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with the use of technology & devices
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-screening process including background and drug test
