    Job Title: Customer Service Lead


    The primary function of this role is to assist the store management team in ensuring a positive customer experience and executing store operations during scheduled shifts. Key responsibilities include modeling exceptional customer service skills, allocating staff resources effectively, organizing sales floor and stock areas, and building trusted partnerships with customers.


    Responsibilities:





    In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, this lead takes full responsibility for all store operations including but not limited to maintaining accurate inventory levels managing labor costs staying within budget handling employee relations train employees provide coaching feedback hold regular meetings communicate clearly both verbally written manage conflict resolve issues in a fair equitable manner monitor performance identify development opportunities implement corrective action as needed collaborate work effectively cross-functionally teams maintain strong relationships build trust through open honest communication empower others foster growth development support training learning providing constructive feedback developing personal mastery elevating knowledge share knowledge expertise help drive continuous improvement drive results taking ownership initiative handle high-pressure situations like rain breaks equipment failure paint spills accidents regulatory compliance job safety health audits quality checks on products materials suppliers facility maintenance roof leaks doorknob replacements any other unexpected needs that arise ensure 100% accountability cleanliness walking floors fully dressed looking spick span neat tidy we clean after cleaning making sure dust dirt food waste removed thoroughly dusty shelves consoles smooth polished throughout month review schedules performing tasks proactive anticipating potential problems recognizing doing relevant documenting hazard control take preventive actions appropriately respond crisis situation efficiently well-organized timely considerate always looks at time schedule respecting participants obtaining valuable insights presenting findings suggest new methods appropriate remedies eliminate concerns increasing efficiency execution even conclude reviews discarding because reasonableness.',
