    ResponsibilitiesWhy We Need This RoleThe Sr.

    Financial Analyst is a critical position responsible for preparing financial reports and projections, analyzing transaction-level data to determine costs and trends, prepares the annual operating budget and other pro-forma analyses .

    Youll prepare practice-level revenue forecasts based on service models, prepare expense and cash forecasting, perform trend and variance analys e s as well as owing the CapEx process .

    This is an exciting opportunity for a senior analyst to work with and influence leaders across the organization . The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with an insatiable curiosity and high standards for excellence.
    This role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in our Scottsdale, AZ HQ. Candidates must reside within commuting distance.
    What Youll DoManage, update, and maintain key business model(s) in Excel , Power BI, and Planful.
    Work with key stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and to build dashboards in support of the organization.

    Lead the continued development of Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Operating PlanningAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue cycle management , cost of sales, OpEx , cash flow, and capital expenditures.

    Proactively evaluate daily & weekly metrics and initiate action to ensure favorable results to plan by month-end.
    Create ad hoc reports to evaluate business trends and identify impact versus the forecast and budget.

    Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, and identify problems and opportunities within the company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.

    Serve as a backup to Planful software administration and architectureImplement automation using your experience with data warehouses and SQL/ SnowSQLSupport acquisition work, specifically financial reporting and analysis.

    QualificationsExperience Youll NeedA t least 5 years of experience in analyzing and preparing financial reporting , variance analyses, and ad-hoc financial modeling .Strong understanding of US GAAP & all three financial statementsPrior experience in multi-unit business models requiredPrior experience in healthcare highly preferredAdvanced Excel modeling skillsProficiency with Power BI and data warehouse queryingA self-starter, able to identify issues and roadblocks and takes initiative in communicating and resolving issues within their area of responsibility.

    Must be a strong team player with advanced interpersonal skills and thrive in a close-knit team environment.
    Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment and to manage competing deadlines.
