Job summary
This Senior HR Business Partner will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. They will investigate and resolve workplace issues ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. This role also includes recruiting & staffing responsibilities such as partnering with the HR Director to understand workforce forecast & staffing needs executing recruitment strategies with the TA Manager leading recruitment selection best practices managing onboarding orientation for new hires within NA employee designation maintaining applicant data accuracy within HCM UKG monthly racking of hiring metrics countermeasure action items performance management driving completion of annual performance appraisal activity supporting supervisors in coaching counseling performance improvement plans facilitating annual performance review processes training UKG system administration for Performance Management system creation distribution Annual Reviews 90-day Reviews etc ensuring compliance with federal state local employment laws EEO FMLA OSHA maintaining accurate employee records HRIS data monthly HR Metrics identifying training needs coordinating programs warehouse staff leadership promoting career development succession planning initiatives collaborating safety teams reinforcing workplace safety standards driving employee engagement program annual action items improve retention morale.
