- Collaborate with the program director to manage clinical program operations including accreditation reporting
- Assist the Program Director with CODA accreditation documentation and reporting
- Teaching responsibilities in the classroom/didactic/lab /online/clinical instruction, and/or participation in clinical laboratory simulations
- Collaborate with the program director to prepare the Dental Hygiene clinical faculty teaching assignments
- Prepare student clinical assignments for assigned clinical courses
- Collaborate with faculty to assure that all students perform and demonstrate competence in all required skills prior to the completion of the program
- Participate in course and program level assessment
- Participate in scholarly activity and involvement in departmental, college and community service as part of the tenure process
- Demonstrate experience with the Typhon clinical monitoring and evaluation system
- Participate in professional development activities
- Minimum of Masters' degree in Dental Hygiene or related area
- Graduate of a CODA accredited Dental Hygiene Program
- Current NJ Dental Hygiene license
- Current BLS - Healthcare Provider with AED Certification
- Minimum 5 years of current experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Minimum 5 year of teaching experience in a CODA accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Demonstrated experience utilizing technology and on-line management systems and simulation to enhance student learning objectives and program assessment outcomes
- Current CODA Accreditation experience
- Knowledge of competency-based education
- Demonstrated experience with the Typhon clinical tracking software
- Demonstrated experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Commitment to continuous assessment of the teaching and learning process and outcomes
- Commitment to continual professional growth and development
