    As a Retail General Manager Trainee, you will support and oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a dedicated team, managing critical processes, and executing strategies to boost sales and achieve corporate goals.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Take hands-on responsibility for managing various business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning facility by ensuring restroom and shower cleanliness, conducting equipment maintenance, and performing safety checks.
    • Drive product and service sales through effective inventory management, stocking, and merchandising standards.
    • Assist the General Manager with task execution, cash handling, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
    • Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities and implement necessary changes.
    • Collaborate with management for efficient talent acquisition.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years in retail management, travel stop, convenience store, big box, grocery, or department store.
    • At least 2 years managing operations with an annual sales volume exceeding $2 million.
    • Experience deciphering budgets and P&L statements for 2+ years.
    • Proven ability to supervise and train a team of 5-10+ employees for at least 2 years.
    • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage operations effectively.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
