- Oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities or risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting procurement performance and key metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with hands-on experience in buying and sourcing.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a procurement team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
