- Develop and track budgets, manpower forecasting and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.
- Support a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets including EFS, SAP and others.
- Conduct Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
- Experience in DoD or Aerospace
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
- Experience with cost tools such as SAP and EFS
- LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) familiarity and understanding
- Selfstarter, organization skills and shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
- Ability to build strong interdependent business relationships with key customers
- Intermediate knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Look Up functions
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with program management
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $58,200 - $111,600 .
