    Description
    Looking for a skilled Bilingual Office Manager to ensure our location in Rochester, IN is running efficient and smoothly. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the management of purchasing and inventory control, which are essential for maintaining the efficiency of office operations. The Office Manager would be a key member of the management team. Additionally, the Office Manager will play a crucial role in human resources functions, overseeing the recruitment, training, and well-being of our staff. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. With a focus on fostering a supportive and productive work environment, the Office Manager will be integral to our team's success.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
    • Responsible for the management of 2-3 office employees
    • Manage the purchasing, inventory control and accounts receivable/payable process
      • Provide support in purchasing, inventory control and accounts payable/receivable as needed
    • Manage the implementation of changes in office procedures
    • Responsible for recruitment of production and office employees
    • Responsible for new hire paperwork
    • Responsible for employee orientation
    • Assist with employee relations issues/concerns
    • Provide support to the Operations Manager

    Skills and Requirements :
    • Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control and/or accounts receivable/payables
      • Previous experience with an ERP system
    • Previous supervisory experience
    • Previous experience in human resources preferred
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish
    • Strong skills in communication and attention to detail
