Job summary
Provide prompt efficient and friendly service to all customers Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products Conduct business development visits to promote the banks services and products Assist customers with banking/financial needs Remain knowledgeable about products fees policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures Balance the ATM and coin machine Assist customers through the commercial teller window Regular predictable attendance punctuality Other duties as assigned.
