    JOB:


    As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end bidding and project management of commercial construction projects in the Seattle area.

    The ideal person for this role will have an understanding of construction project lifecycles and enjoy building relationships with customers.

    This is a highly consultative position, building relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners. Your remote and field work will focus on securing commercial purchase orders and seeing each project's completion to fruition.

    On any given day you may find yourself in a boardroom speaking with business leaders or in a dusty field surveying the future site of a commercial project with developers.

    This involves collaborating with other inside sales, engineering, and other support team members to meet customer requirements.
