- Recruiting coordinator will handle candidate interview schedule management for the TA team (phone screen scheduling and on-site scheduling and logistics).
- Reconciliation of the department supply card for all candidate travel.
- Completes candidate reimbursement forms and processes.
- Recruiting Coordinator will arrange interviews with site TA or Human Resources team and ensuring a POC on-site for candidate.
- Coordination and administration of required testing and assessments including, but not limited to, EEI required testing. High volume or mass testing scheduling may be required for some Operating Companies (OpCo's).
- Ongoing candidate communication efforts throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. This includes offer letter preparation, start date coordination, and first-day letter with logistics of start.
- Initiation and management of all background investigations. Partners with Security, new hires, and Recruiters.
