    The Content Authoring Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role within the DSS organization, responsible for managing authoring projects that affect over 100 websites hosted on AbbVie's Digital Marketing Platform (ADMP) built on AEM. This individual translates business requirements into authoring-centric stories and tasks, conducts UAT, obtains website legal approvals, and coordinates go-live activities. Working closely with AbbVie's Digital Lab, delivery teams, project managers, and external digital/creative agencies is a key aspect of this role. The individual serves as a subject matter expert in delivering authoring projects and the functional abilities of the AEM component and form libraries.
    In this role, your responsibilities will include:
    • (30%) Strategic alignment by
      • Attending daily standup meetings to review project status and ensure team progress
      • Generating project estimates for approval
      • Completing activities within defined SLAs
      • Grooming upcoming work with the delivery team
    • (40%) Nurturing business and stakeholder relationships by
      • Managing work timelines and collaborating with Web Specialists and Compliance Teams to clarify requirements
      • Serving as the primary contact for authoring blockers and ensuring prompt resolutions
    • (30%) Ensuring consistency and efficiency in applying core capabilities by
      • Advancing projects with limited information
      • Identifying re-use opportunities and proposing MVP solutions
      • Working autonomously to meet SLAs, deliver projects on time, and proactively communicate delays
    Qualifications

    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience or a Master's degree in Information Systems or related field
    • Prior technology experience in a digital marketing setting with websites and their functionalities
    • Thriving in a dynamic environment and welcoming new challenges
    • Strong IT analysis and communication skills
    • Capability to self-manage time and priorities
