- Two (2) years of experience in grant development, project management, or budget coordination, with demonstrated responsibility for proposal preparation and reporting.

- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff, administrators, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Skilled in preparing user-friendly reports, charts, and tables that summarize project outcomes.
- Knowledge of institutional data systems (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Informer, Power BI) preferred.
- Provide status updates and progress reports to the Associate Dean and Grant Director.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Assist in the development, writing, and coordination of grant proposals, including the identification of potential funding sources.
- Collaborate with the Grant Director and institutional stakeholders to align proposals with college priorities and strategic goals.
- Ensure proposals meet all submission criteria, deadlines, and agency requirements.
- Create and maintain production calendars and timelines for grant projects, tracking deliverables from concept to submission.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for funded grants.
- Collect, analyze, and incorporate data into proposals, amendments, and final reports.
- Research funding opportunities and prepare summaries or recommendations for institutional consideration.
- Coordinate technical and administrative aspects of proposal development, ensuring compliance with budgetary and programmatic requirements.
- Assist in preparing grant amendments, budget revisions, and closeout documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files for all grant documentation and correspondence.

Summary of Position
The Grant Coordinator supports the development, submission, and management of competitive grant projects for Central Texas College. Working under the direction of the Associate Dean of Grants, Institutional Planning, and Strategic Initiatives and in collaboration with the Grant Director, this position contributes to identifying funding opportunities, drafting proposals, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
The Coordinator assists in proposal development, project budgeting, and reporting processes, while maintaining timelines and ensuring accuracy across all submissions. The position also supports the collection, interpretation, and analysis of data used in proposals and reports, ensuring projects align with institutional goals and state and federal guidelines.
Education and Experience
