Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our cutting-edge systems

Your responsibilities include:
Taking charge of startup activities and system qualifications, from setup to repair, ensuring flawless functionality
Proactively addressing system issues through clear communication with customers, our UnitySC team, and headquarters
Spearheading customer Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and internal initiatives
Implementing corrective actions and enhancements to optimize system performance
Building strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing top-notch support
Sharing your expertise with the team and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth
