    Job Title: Project Manager 4 (Hybrid)

    Location: North Chesterfield, VA
    Duration: 12+ Months

    About the Role
    The client seeks a senior IT Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects with multiple teams and work streams coordinated to an aggressive delivery schedule.

    Responsibilities
    The project manager is responsible for the successful outcome of assigned projects. They will lead the team through the Commonwealth Standard for Project Management, ensuring completion of project phases: Preselect, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closeout.

    Requirements
    • PMP certification through PMI or PM certification from Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) is required.
    • A minimum of 7 years of project experience in IT infrastructure delivery, network and server infrastructure, Cloud implementations, and vendor management is necessary.
    • Familiarity with network technologies standards and practices, including switches, firewalls, circuits, etc.
    • Manage projects consisting of Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or IT Infrastructure components: Servers, storage, OS upgrades, networking, software installs, vulnerability remediation, etc.
    • Experience managing large multi-stream projects with Agile methodologies is preferred.
    • This position requires a fingerprint-based background check.
