    Houseparent Role

    We are seeking married couples to serve as Houseparents in our unique Full-time Flex program. Couples reside on-campus and care for a group of approximately 813 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

    • Provide daily supervision and mentorship
    • Manage household routines and student schedules
    • Administer medications and ensure student wellness

    Couples have unscheduled time during the week while students are in school. After an initial support period, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home.
