    Position Summary:

    The Penske Customer Care team is currently seeking outgoing, customer focused individuals to help support our National Sales team and their customers across the country. You'll be a part of a dedicated team of people who work to make it easy for our customers to obtain answers to an array of questions and concerns.

    In this role you'll leverage your customer service, problem solving, and relationship building skills to ensure we take care of our largest customers. You'll collaborate with other Penske team members within the corporate office and across our 2,200 rental facilities nationwide. Our goal is to exceed our customers' expectations by taking ownership of all requests that come into our team and handling them accurately and quickly.

    This position is located at our corporate offices in a suburban setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA.

    Major Responsibilities:


    • Provide excellent customer service with every interaction


    • Quickly and accurately handle customer/field inquiries


    • Coordinate on behalf of internal/external customers to resolve their requests


    • Coordinate billing process changes and analysis with: Customers; Field Associates and Executive Account Managers


    • Evaluate and implement billing process improvements to streamline billing activities and ensure accurate invoices to customers
