- Committee management for project steering meeting and weekly ramp up meeting for both vehicle and battery plant.
- Organization of ramp-up committees such as AK Transition to Plant and TPL Plant Reko.
- Work with eLite for committee steering.
- Serves as a key contact between client and Project Management for new type planning vehicles and batteries in order to ensure proper communication and information exchange between the American and German institutions.
- Plan, check and act to implement interdisciplinary workshops and/or project meetings.
- Document the teams' processes in a defined format to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Perform safe work practices and participate in trainings and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human Resources.
- Work safely 100% of the time.
- Business Administration | Mechanical Engineering | Industrial Engineering (Or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant professional experience in the following area(s):
- Project Management Office processes and the respective standards. Project management experience managing meetings and steering topics for robust decision making.
- Ability to work in a team with high commitment and great flexibility.
- Enthusiasm about interdisciplinary thinking and teamwork.
- Business mind-set and ability to think strategically.
- Interpersonal skills and abilities to deal effectively at all levels within MBUSI and with corporate / external partners.
- Sound analytical and organizational skills, structured working approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of meeting management systems such as eLite.
- Working experience in project management offices and experience working with international teams.
