    Description
    Position Overview RMGS, Inc
    is currently recruiting a GLOBALCAP Construction Manager II
    This position is contingent upon contract award
    Roles and Responsibilities


    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and coordination of all construction or engineering personnel on the ground.
    • Ensures the productivity and safety of all construction, engineering, or visiting personnel on the ground.
    • Based OCONUS and works at the assigned construction site daily.
    Required Qualifications and Experience


    • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
    • Previous management experience as the senior-most or second most-senior person on the ground, as a Site Supervisor or Construction Manager.
    • At least three (3) years of construction experience focusing on vertical construction, with at least two (2) years of experience managing OCONUS vertical construction projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-conflict countries.
    • At least two (2) years of experience managing construction projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-conflict countries, with at least two projects valued at $1.5 million (or greater).Company Overview RMGS, Inc
