- Maintain current, detailed knowledge and understanding of lab testing protocol -Perform routine and non-routine lab tests per customer product requirements.
- Perform routine lab tests on waste.
- Analyze lab tests and evaluate results for consistency.
- Maintain communication with Production and Process Support on all materials and/or products exiting the facility.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance/calibrations on lab equipment.
- Perform daily testing of instrument controls and report, troubleshoot and correct equipment.
- Monitor lab equipment to ensure proper operation and report, troubleshoot and correct any abnormal situations.
- Responsible for maintaining lab testing documentation and data entry in various databases and customer systems.
- Assist in analyzing special projects/pilots and other requests, as needed.
- Prepare and assist with audit documentation.
- Participate in quarterly round robin for performance analytics.
- Responsible for packing and shipping materials and samples as requested in compliance with all regulations.
- Provide basic lab analysis training to Unit Operators.
- Maintain familiarity of safe handling, regulatory compliance, and emergency response for products in responsible area
- Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedures and participate in plant safety processes.
- Clean and prepare equipment as required for maintenance.
- Maintain good housekeeping in assigned area and elsewhere, as required.
- May be required to perform other duties, as assigned.
