- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand personnel needs and recruitment priorities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure the necessary resources are available for new employees
- Ensure effective communication between HR and other departments regarding recruitment and onboarding activities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Process HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant paperwork
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies
- Collaborate with the HR team to resolve employee relations issues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee events and recognition programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
