    We also work with Property Management and HOA's and are looking for someone who has worked with Property Management and understands how to service them.


    Responsibilities:

    Communication Facilitation:

    Act as a central point of contact, facilitating effective communication between the customer, insurance provider, and the company's estimator throughout the entire job process.

    Ensures all required documentation is accurately collected and shared between the customer, Property Management, insurance provider, and estimator, minimizing delays.


    CRM Management:

    The responsibility of ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected and shared between the customer, insurance provider, and estimator is a critical aspect of the Customer Service Coordinator's role, particularly when integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge and maintenance.

    Qualifications Able to enter data completely and accurately in CRM Proficient touch-typing skills, ensuring fast and accurate data entry Strong attention to detail, high quality record-keeping Takes initiative and proactively solves problems and challenges.

    Proficient knowledge of customer service principles and practices, facilitating effective communication and relationship management with customers throughout their project Previous customer service experience that understands customer needs, addressing concerns, and delivering a high level of service.

    Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interaction with customers. Ability to take direction effectively, coupled with adaptability to changes in procedures or tasks as directed by supervisors. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor in interactions with customers, staff, and Property Management.
