    Description

    Title:
    Desktop Deployment Tech- Post Deployment Support

    Duration: 6+ Months On-Site and Some Travel
    Addressing user issues, providing training, and ensuring that users have access to up to date documentation. Upgrade systems to ensure that they are compatible with new technologies and security protocols. Implement security measures such as firewalls and access controls to protect against unauthorized access.

    Providing Post-Deployment Support After the Following has been Performed:


    • Install the requested applications and peripherals on the user machine.
    • Keep track of all issues related to patches, features, deployment, and permissions.
    • Assist in data migration, identify and resolve issues and maintain the accuracy of deployed machines.
    • Create the design settings on Windows workstations. Investigate any technical issues that may arise with system tasks and en-client support. Make sure computers and peripherals are secure and that the users have the correct software.
    • Correctly managing image files and inventories are an essential part of the position. Fault finding and problem solving skills in a network environment.
    • Well-versed with building and setting up desktop computer systems.
    • Run diagnostic or repair routines and provide technical assistance.
    • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
