WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will be primarily responsible for providing effective customer service and dispatch support by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as fellow team members within the Customer Service and Dispatch Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manor.
• Communicate with drivers and direct them to delivery locations.
• Communicate any driver issues , job site issues , equipment issues or product issues to the appropriate manager.
• Send in attendance forms on absent or tardy drivers.
• Communicate with other dispatchers to provide the best service by sharing or moving orders as needed.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three to five years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
